with orange, two-thirds avocado, coconut milk, and fish oil

John -- is the olive oil just to add some fat for fullness?  what other benefits does it carry?

The olive oil is the "high calorie" part of the "high protein, high calories" meal.  It's a very dense source of calories, which I needed at the time (still need) because of what I was doing with my workouts and body composition.
