                7:00am: 2 eggs, 2.5 bacon, 2 tbsp applesauce, 4 pineapple chunks, 1 strawberry, 1/4 avocado, 6 oz coffee
                9:00am:  6 oz coffee
                10:00am: apple
                12:30pm:  hawaii chicken wings (paleo); roasted peppers and squash
                6:45pm:  burger (no bun) w lettuce, tomato, bacon, bleu cheese; salad w oil and vinegar; 2 gluten free beers
                8:15pm:  5 bacon; 2 buffalo chicken legs; 5 tsp fish oil
                8:45pm:  tangelo

Thurs 3/18  Vit D3 3000IU / Iodine 
                6:30am: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 3 strawberries, 1/3 avocado, 6 oz coffee
(wasn't hungry again til noon... i'll stick with this breakfast for a bit)
                noon til 1:00:  chicken salad, tomatoes, bacon, avocado (i can't ever just sit and eat)
                3:00pm: 2 tsp fish oil
               8:00pm:  8 oz steak cooked in butternut squash puree w mushrooms, red peppers, seasoning; 5 seasoned shrimp; spinach; 4 tsp fish oil
                9:00pm:  78% chocolate melted w coconut oil over 5 strawberries

** Note.. I think I finally have a handle on the fish oil.  2 tsp at lunch and 4 tsp at dinner seem to be perfect and have no negative side effects.  all 6 at once is bad tho.

Fri 3/19  Vit D3 3000IU / Iodine 
                6:30am: 2 eggs, 3 bacon, 2 strawberries, 2 scoups canteloupe, 1/4 avocado, 6 oz coffee
               9:00am: 4 oz coffee
                9:30am:  small organic apple
               lunch:  3 chicken wings, 1/2 chicken breast, butternut squash with mushrooms and asparagus; 2 tsp fish oil
               snack:  dried papaya
               dinner:  3 eggs, spinach, 1/4 avocado, few mini carrots, 3 boiled oysters, slice of pork; 4 tsp fish oil

*** I have lately been eating a lot a night... too much I think... going to try and curb that going forward

Sunday will be "free" day in that I'll have a few beers (maybe) but not stray with food as there were adverse effects last time.

Sat 3/20
         6:30am:  2 eggs, 3 bacon, piece of paleo nut bar, 2 scoups canteloupe, 1/4 avocado, 6 oz coffee
ANGIE!!!
         11:00am:  homemade nut/seed/fruit bar "paleo protein bar" -- put on the recipe board
         11:30am:  plate of carnitas with salsa and guac; 2 tsp fish oil
         2:30pm:  square of homemade protein bar (small)
          5:00pm:  square of protein bar
         7:30pm:  2 slices pork loin, 1/2 red pepper stuffed w pork and veggies (new paleo recipe), 8 asparagus; 4 tsp fish oil
         9:00pm:  glass of red wine and small square protein bar covered w 78% melted cocoa (YUM)

Mon 3/22 Vit D3 3000IU / Iodine 
           7:00am: 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado, 1 bacon, canteloupe, 10oz coffee
           9:30am: homemade nut bar
           11:00am:  chipotle carnitas salad w guac.  had a little bit of cheese on it Sad
             1:00pm: small square homemade nut bar
           3:00pm: thai shrimp lettuce wraps (might be some added sugar, but they're gluten free)
           7:00pm:  chicken breast, salad w/ honey mustard, bite of nut bar, 4 tsp fishoil
           8-10pm: sweet potato chips w green salsa, 78% cocoa - 3 squares, glass of red wine

** I am still VERY sore from Angie.  my arms hate me

          6:30pm:  2 pork slices (baked w apples, onions, sauerkraut); slice of chicken breast, 8 asparagus, 5 tsp fish oil
          7:30 - 8:30pm:  sweet potato chips w green salsa, 1 square 78% cocoa, few bites of nut/fruit bar

           3:00pm:  square of nut bar
          7:30pm:  2 thick slices of pork, slice of chicken, sauerkraut, side salad w paleo dressing, 1/3 avocado
         after:  5 tsp fish oil, few pieces of 78% cocoa and sweet potato chips

(cheated with a little bit of a brownie -- that will take away my free night.  i'll only have a free day Saturday so i can drink a beer)
     2:45pm:  some more of the 11:30 meal
       7:00pm:  6 green olives
       8:30pm: 2 chicken legs w buffalo sauce, tangelo, 4 tsp fish oil
      10:00pm:  nut/fruit bar square

 **only got 6 hours sleep -- need to focus on more sleep b/c i am dragging.
           12:30pm: curry chicken lettuce wraps (paleo recipe) w avocado; 2.5 tsp fish oil
          1:30pm: 3 squares 75% cocoa -- so i've tracked my chocolate cravings.... they're known so only at certain times i'll keep this on hand.
          3:30pm: 1/2 nut bar square
          7:00pm: tangelo
          7:30pm: pork and veggie stuffed peppers -- i heated them up in bacon fat and added 2 eggs -- also at 3 bacon; 8 asparagus.
          10:00pm: small nut bar square with 2 squares 75% cocoa melted over it.
