How to do a vertical jump?
«

I can't make it to the gym tonight
so I've decided to pick one of Eva T's work outs. The one I chose is
10 vertical jumps, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 4 rounds…for time.
Anybody have any suggestions on the vertical jump technique? This will be my first time doing it.

Zander,
The idea behind the vertical jump in this workout is simply to jump as high as you can for every rep.
For a workout like this, it's helpful to find a ceiling, a mark on a wall, or some other high object that is just below your max reach when you jump. Use this during your workout and make sure you touch it every rep.
Let us know how the workout goes!
